The error definition for this error talks about another user modifying a database object and not having access as a result. I have a client that is getting this error a LOT lately (the last few days), and it does not add up. This happens when starting the application and using views.

The only knowledgebase article I could find says to retry after the error - while this might work, I would really like to know the actual cause. Does anyone have any personal experience with this problem?
