If you are using InstallShield for your application setup, select the Microsoft Winsock Control DLL merge module. The necessary files will be includes in your installation package.

If you simply need to test something, copy the OCX to the machine and regsvr32 (from the Cmd prompt) against it. Ex.

regsvr32 MSWinsock.ocx
