We haven't touched foxtools since 6.0. What you currently have is the latest.

Digging deep into my crusty memory, ddereg.exe had something to do with (duh) dde operations (registering dde server functions?), and I think fll32_16.dll had something to do with thunking 32 bit apis to 16 bit vfp 3.0 calls, or vice versa. I'm probably wrong on both counts to some degree, but it doesn't matter, you don't need either of them now.
