Please, remember that this is VFP8 beta. MT DLL run-time is different from usual run-time. This should be reported as a bug to MS? or just VFP8 beta does not have good run-time for MT DLL yet.

>I have found the problem and a workaround on it. It's because of another MTDLL that I rebuilt in VFP8.0. I rebuilt this into a Single-threaded DLL and every works like a charm.
