May be for some internal grid's refreshing it always wants to select its alias if it has focus on it. I don't know if it should be considered as a bug or not, but it definitely should be documented in MSDN help to avoid such frustrations...

I guess, somebody ought to write a FAQ here about it as well. May be I do this weekend...
