When I need to do this I typically load the form in the startup of the app and then hide it. When the user opens that form I maximize it and when the user closes that form, I minimize it and hide it instead. Exiting the app you then have to scroll through all open forms and close each one behind the scenes. To the user, once the app is opened, opening forms seems instantaneous.
