I think there's a format setting on one or more of the controls that controls this. Look at the help file for more information. On my system it's C:\WINNT\Help\wangocxd.hlp but it might also be called kodak*. I think you can get to the control help from the rightclick shortcut menu.

There are several OCXs. on my system they are found at

C:\WINNT\system32\imgedit.ocx

C:\WINNT\system32\imgthumb.ocx
