Did SP1 change the runtime dlls?

I installed SP1 when it came out and I just noticed that when I pull down "About Foxpro" from one of my installed apps using what I thought were current runtimes, I see "VFP 7.0". In my full VFP I see "VFP 7.0 SP1".

If SP1 runtimes are different, how do you tell which is which? Also, how do you include them as merge modules in InstallShield?
