Gosh I hate to even bring this up...

A potential client (who also happens to be a big FoxPro fan) expressed some concern the other day because "one of the guys at the Microsoft booth at comdex told him Microsoft would be discontinuing VFP because it wasn't .NET compatible."

There isn't any official word to verify that is there? It seems like somebody from microsoft tells somebody that VFP is going to be discontinued at least once at about every conference.

Anybody know what's on the roadmap beyond VFP8?
