what i would not give for the old days of WIN98. Using XP requires the developer to deliver their products using Install-Shield. This product
has its advantages over the old methods, however, try building a CD for
delivery.
XP requires you format the CD first. Then mount it as if it were a floppy.
So far, so good.
Back to Install-Shield to move install product to CD. After 22 diferent CD's
I still have yet to complete a transfer set..............
Every time the transfer begins, XP reports CD not responding. (It does move some files.)
I know this CD works because I use the NERO burning system and copy all my data this way. So it is not hardware....
Has any on out there have any idea what is going on. Micro Soft Support is a lost cause..........
I hope the above makes sense, I am a little frustrated at this point.
