We assume they have, so we go check right? Yet we know North Korea has (they just admitted it), and we don't go check.
Are we checking on Iran BTW? We know India and Pakistan have weapons of mass destruction, don't we? Are we doing the same as Iraq?

I am not saying Saddam is a nice guy. He's a thug. But so is Kaddafi (sp?) and many others. Are we the policeman of the world? Should we be? And who's paying? You and me both, that's who.
