The patch for fast CPU is installed. Also, the problem only happens on Windows 2000. Further, the symptoms of not having the patch are in my experience quite different.
Also, how do I explain that if I create a new user it works again? Obviously it has something to do with settings particular to a certain user.
Another strange effect of the problem is that on compiled files everything goes well until I run a report. Then the whole application terminates, just in the same way as when I open a screen in the screen designer from FoxPro.

>>Hi everyone,

>>Another Windows 2000 problem. Working on FoxPro for Windows 2.6 in Windows 2000 Professional, SP2, at least once a week or so Fox throws an unhandled exception error and closes down. After this, anytime I open Fox 2.6 again and try to open a screen, the program terminates without an error or any message. Rebooting the computer does not solve the problem. Once it is there, it is there.
