Absolutely!

Add the /USER:Domain Name\User Name switch; you can specify a password immediately after the UNC. To specify a connection to \\Foo\bar for the user MyDomain\bozo with a password of "clown":
NET USE z: \\Foo\bar clown /USER:MyDomain\bozo /yes /persistent:yes
or
NET USE z: \\Foo\bar clown /USER:bozo@MyDomain.com /yes /persistent:yes
