As the foxuser is located in the directory where FoxPro is starting up, I cannot see that there would be a difference if I zapped the file. What I mean is that if I log on as another user, it would be the same foxuser file that would be used, so why would it suddenly work? If every user that logged in had a different foxuser, then it would make perfect sense, but that is not the case.

I will try it though and will let you know if it helped.

There is no error message whatsoever, Foxpro just terminates.
