I have created a quote form that has a grdColumn with a chkbox control where the user can click to indicate whether that particular line item is a specially-quoted item or a list-price item.

My question: Is there a way to make a CheckBox appear on a REPORT FORM for when the user prints the quote?

Would greatly appreciate any help. TIA, Chuck
