There are many VFP web based frameworks out there...

1. Web Connect (www.west-wind.com)
2. ActiveVFP (www.ActiveVFP.com)
3. FoxWeb (www.foxweb.com)
4. DVRWeb (www.dvrss.com)
5. VooDoo (www.eps-software.com)

and I'm sure there are more too..

Web Connect is probably the most popular, but each framework has their own "flavor" of creating pages... Some by function calls to build objects, others by building functions that build controls, others that allow you to draw the form directly with VFP, compile and have its output generated to the web.
