Try getting rid of the foxuser.* files on the problem machine

>FoxPro 7.0 and 6.0 compiled executables will not run on a brand new Windows 2000 SP3 machine. It is a 1.8 GHZ P4 with plenty of RAM and hard drive space. When trying to run an exe, it immediately comes up with an insufficient memory error - cannot start visual foxpro.
