Just to add my CAD.02 here.. Besides a couple of occasions during renewal, when I had to wait a couple of weeks before it kicked in, I have received my issues regularly. I have subscribed since 1996.

On the JVP issue, I don't think that the community questioned his intelligence and knowledge; the hubris that was reflected in his views on this site is what alienated him.
..Which is a pity..

Re 'The Decline of VFP and our self-denial'... VFP IS a great tool which improves with each release. Yes, it is in decline as far as public awareness is concerned; this is more to do with M$ advertising strategies than with the ability and quality of the product. We know that the VFP team is genuine and enthusiastic about the product.
In the end, it's our resultant product that counts.

..I'll get off the soapbox now...

>>>About FoxPro Advisor/Talk, I subscribed to one of those. After six months, finally, 6 back issues arrive and I hear no more.

>>I do not mind saying I paid for a one year subscription to Visual FoxPro Advisor and did not receive any issues. Nor were they interested in doing anything about it. They did cash my check however.
