Hi all!
I've installed VFP 8 beta on my PC in order to try it. And after the first sight I have one BIG question: is it all? Or we'll see much more in the final version...
Where are object-oriented menus, normal style toolbars, splitters and other UI components? Where is the normal report designer (though Visual Studio.NET already includes Crystal Reports)? CursorAdapter? Wow, it's cool. But have a look at Delphi for example. Its appropriate components allow you to do the same in TWO-THREE CLICKS since version 3 as I remember.

Some help extractions:

- Controlling orientation of tabs on PageFrame controls. We had it before in Tabstrip OCX.
- Support for Windows XP Themes in all controls. Is it so neccessary at all?
- Support for docking windows and toolbars. Yes, only in IDE. And how about my application?

It's a large list to continue.

So I can not find in VFP8 the things I wait for. Maybe I go wrong.
Eugene
