The error message identifies the service that failed; you'd need to go into the Services applet and identify the files (and possibly registry entries) associated with the failed service - it's not one I recognize off the top of my head. The Win2K OnLine Help describes how to use the System Restore utility.

It sounds like you need to hire a qualified system administrator, or get some training on Win2K Server. There are a number of companies offering both CBT and video training that might be a worthwhile investment for you or your company, especially if you are running many clients' systems.
