It looks like "Main" is a module inside of Tasks application. Look to Options dialog -> File Locations -> Task List. There is APP specified as a manager for Task List. As you see, this is just a usua VFP APP. So, if there is a "main" module in the APP, and that APP is currently loaded into memory, then you probably would run that program instead :-))
I do not think it is a defect, but more is a program names collision issue. I think this should be reported to MS to change module name to something like "TL_Main" - prefix programs inside APP to narrow down the chanses of collisions.
