You shouldn't have to recompile it, but if you want to, you can either click on the Build button in the Project Manager and choose the "recompile all files" option or type COMPILE CLASSLIB \STONEFIELD\SFREPORTS\SFREPORTS.VCX (or whatever the appropriate path is).
