Client Machines are W2000 SP3.

We have a number of internal VFP7 applications (exe's) built with InstallShield LE which work without problem, but an app which was recently upgraded from VFP6 initially errored on launch on the client machines with "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual Foxpro Support Library". This app loads two 3rd party OCX's which the other VFP7 apps don't. Both OCX's are a few years old.

Interestingly enough, When I logged on to their machines as myself it launched without error. I do have network domain admin rights (for what it's worth).

We found that if we include the VFP6 runtimes in the build that the app launches on the client machines without error.

I sure would appreciate an explanation (and a fix if available) for this weird behavior.
