In my application, I have a dataenvironment linked to my main form. The default setting for my tables is SHARED. There are places in the application where tables need to be opened EXCLUSIVELY in order to purge, reindex, etc. When I do this and then attempt to access the tables in my application, even after specifically reopening them, I will get the message "unable to access table."

My question is twofold: 1) Is there simply a way to reinitialize my data environment after closing some of the databases so that all databases are once again available, or 2) Why will my application no longer recognize the tables even though I have specifically reopened them in the scenorio outlined above and how can I get the application to see those tables?
