I have some relatives moving down here from Chicago soon. They just sold their house in Chicago and want to relocate here before Christmas (probably Raleigh area). For the $ they gained selling their house in Chicago they could buy a new home here, have it paid in full, AND start a business! They're planning on doing just that.

Yesterday it was actually hot enough to turn the AC on and when I did, it didn't work! It had been about a month since I've used it (it's been so nice and cool here). In Wisconsin we wouldn't even think of turning the AC on until June (if you even have AC).

The only drawback is that we have to continue to mow our lawns! I will probably have to mow through December...
