Is there a way to control the color of a button while it is being clicked?

I've got the background set to blue - but when the button is clicked, it changes to another color and I can't see where we can set that color. Is there a place?

Also, when the "SpecialEffect" property is set to "hot tracking" or "plain", I don't seem to have control over the color of the button - is that the way it is supposed to be?
