Maybe it was an accident, and maybe it was a direct diss of Whil Hentzen. The original DevCon date didn't tromp directly on Whil's GLGDW dates, as it did on the German Devcon, but it was pretty darn close for coincidence considering Whil's public announcement that he wouldn't be attending Advisor Devcon this year and the bad blood between Whil and John Hawkins over the years.
