I found the problem and It was not a runtime file problem, but me defining a variable incorrectly and not debugging properly.

Sorry about the messages, I just could not figure out what was wrong, and went right back to the drawing board and found that (as is most often the case) the solution was staring me in the face.

I really appreciate the assistance and am now using your suggested code as it is more efficient.
