>Beta software usually contains a lot of code and tracking features for debugging purposes. Such commands as Begin/End Transaction are very complex and run a lot of VFP code, and thus, I guess, slow down for them is very significant with debugging code included.
Yes I know, However a slowdown from only a few thousands of a second to 2 seconds seem extraodinary to me, even if its due to debug code.
