Hi Jolene !
You can not avoid such problems working with VFP :(
But you can minimize theirs frequency. :)
Most popular treatment:
- using FLUSH command always after making changes
- good client and server OS with latest SP,
- good network hardware
- UPS device
- turning off hard disk buffering
