I am able to get and set all of the system settings programatically except the one I really need. Where am I going wrong?

goapp.GetSetting("DBC Locations - Local","BRAWLEY","")

goapp.SetSetting("DBC Locations - Local","BRAWLEY","\\2kserver\E\Vfp\Brawley\Data")
