Hello,

Your installation does not use the resource file anymore. Those settings are stored in a table named foxuser.dbf.

Go to Tools/Options/File Locations and double click the 'Resource file' entry. Check that box and point the textbox to the resource file in your hdd. You can store it anywhere, or you can search your old foxuser file and point vfp to it.
