Yes, it is signed as "personal domain of Eric S. Raymond" - the author of article. Why it is filtered? Just because category is "Personal"??? I think this way they wanted to filter out the xxx pages from viewing, but xxx pages never use normal rules for WEB design and thus such filtering is useless here, I guess.
