I have been able narrow this problem down to the DataSession. If it's a Private Datasession the problem exists, if it's a Default datasession the Memo text appears.
Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Dennis
>I see what you mean. I would add some reload code into your Page's Activate method ( like This.MyMemoField.Value = TheTable.MemoField then This.MyMemoField.Refresh ) to see if this fix the problem.

>>Thanks for your response,
>>By refresh I mean go to another record and come back. I am not having a saving problem so TableUpdate is not the problem. The problem is that the text IS in the Memo field but it will not display on the form. I CAN enter data and save it, and all of the other fields on the page/table work correctly.

>>>What do you meen by Refresh the view, do you meen Requery?
>>>Also, are you saving the memo stuff to the underlying table and executing a TableUpdate( .T. ) for that table? Try it before running the requery.
>>>If it's only a Refresh problem ( not a requery ), try checking if your form is not in Lockscren mode ( i.e issue a ThisForm.LockScreen = .F. in the end of your refresh code )

I can enter text into the editbox and save it. It will appear until the view is refreshed then the text is gone. Well it's not

I have remove and replaced the editbox, changed the memo fields name, and tried adding a base class VFP editbox. Nothing seems to work. The form doesn't have anything special in the methods and what there is I have remed out with no luck. Other fields on the page update and display correctly, it's only
