Is there a condition you can check to determine if the font should be strikethrough? If so, in the past, I've set a label ONTOP of the table's field in the report and used the printwhen condition in the report to draw dashes or lines over the field when it prints.

Also, if you click on the field in the report designer and then click on format, font, you can choose strikeout effect for some of the fonts.

What has worked best for me is to drop the field on the report TWICE one right on top of the other and lined up. Then for the duplicate field, I choose the strikeout font effect and use the printwhen condition. When the condition is true, it prints the field twice actually but the strikeout matches exactly the field contents then and doesn't extend beyond the length of the field and is not too short also.
