Sorry for the delayed response, I'm not always on UT, Marat is currently looking into this problem, We will post an update as soon as this issue is resolve.

I think it's du to the quatity of objects created. When you exit Fox takes a while before releasing all of them. We will try to find a workaround.

BTW we will release a beta version of a Hybrid solution for FRX2XLS, this new version will put all numeric fields in CELLs and will keep format. Do you wan't to experiment with it?
