Check out GoToMyPC.com. It's a subscription service which allows web-based access to your pc from "any web browser on the planet." It's a great service, which I use myself. You can really access your pc from virtually any other pc with an internet connection.

Part of the service is that you can invite others to "get on" to your computer, so you can demo software. I do this myself quite a bit. One problem - the connection is not 100%. It is not rare to lose the connection mid-presentation. It may only happen 20% of the time, but that's enough that you need to warn folks in the beginning.

The cost is about $20/month, but you can save a lot if you prepay for the year. They offer a first month free trial.
