Democracy in action. Majority rules and all that. My bet would be the majority of voters (who are United States citizens) would vote to not have any social programs. No health care! Health care is for those that can afford it! If you do not have the money too bad!

We know a lot about how to vote for the things that hurt more than help, all too often!
