It looks like you won't have to wait long <g>, I decided to add it in before I leave from work today. You can now configure the polling and hide/unhide speed. Right-click on the toolbox and select "Customize Toolbox". Select "Options", under "General". Right above the OK/Cancel are two new options that let you configure the speed. Hopefully I didn't break anything in the process of adding this - I didn't test very much.
