After your session in DevCon, I mentioned Six Sigma to you, are you aware of any sources that deal with applying the philosophy to software development?
For those unfamiliar with the term, it's a school of thought developed by Motorola a few years ago, whose goal is to reduce errors to somewhere in the 0.000something% range.
