generaly when setting a value of the registry in regedit, the value is automatically updated.
but for the key
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout' i must reboot the system before update.
why this ? how to update values without rebooting by code ?
