I believe that there are many U.S. citizens that would love to have Canada's medical system, government and laws. Especially senior citizens and pacifists. There are all of those news stories focusing on how much better the Canadian health system is, less crime, etc. On the other hand, the same is probably true of Canadian's wishing they were part of the U.S. There is always someone who is unhappy. And then the grass is always greener...
