Thanks for that argument!!!! I'm having the hardest of times convincing my wife that even though she deals with exceptional (should I say "fringe"?) situations as they arise, in developing software I *MUST* deal with every possible scenario before it happens, even if it will happen on less than 1% of the transactions. It's quite challenging to convey this to someone that's used to "adjust" to circumstances as they occurr.
