Sorry it took so long to respond. Unfortunately we have not solved this problem. And yes, the problem does seem to be most evident when running Citrix or Terminal Services, although we have seen it happen rarely on a plain old NT network. One more thing is that we think it has only happened on W98 workstations.

We did check the "SKIP FORs" on the menu and we do have a few scattered here and there. We normally will deactivate a selection that opens a form by placing WEXIST("windowname") in the SKIP FOR so that the selection is deactivated if that form is already open. It does not seem that a few of those should make that much of a difference in performance.

We will remove all the SKIP FORs as a test and will pass on the results.
