Well ... yes, I have. However, the document I am printing has a varying number of sections with different headers/footers for each section. Some of the sections may not be a part of the document each time, etc...

Building a template to accomodate those sorts of variables also seemed formidable. I guess I could create a template for each different possibility but so far I have been able to deal with things from scratch.

I just haven't enough experience to know which direction to go in.
