Creating a footer in a multi-column report
I've hit a 1st time problem here...
I have a set of 1, 2 and 3 column employee schedule reports to which I want to add a 'remarks' field as part of the footer.
I have a band which triggers a new page for each employee. It is at that point that I want to add the remarks for that employee.
This works well with the single column report - inserted into the group footer.
The 2 & 3 column reports are the problem:
1. The remarks wind up in the detail section if the field is sized outside the column vertical boundary. This happens if placed in the group or column footers.
2. The Stretch with overflow is not available.
Am I missing the obvious? .. or have I hit a limitation here?
