Yes, I will add things along these lines. In my 'base' submission draft I have also added the need for the full path whenever a (discreet) file or table is involved. That can help if the file is being found in some unexpected place along the path.

By the way, I would have undertaken an exhaustive list (all of them) but the mechanics of the VFP8 Help make that too tedious. Every time I accessed the detail behind a message, the 'back' resulted in the error numbered list going back TO THE TOP. Even with a scroll wheel, it's just too much.
