Thanks but i still want to have an enabled menu item even if a modal form is active.

Coz i wonder y is it that Close item in File Menu or the Cascade item in Window Menu etc... are enabled even if there an active Modal Form.

Maybe there are API's or FLL's that do this stuff.

Any Idea on how this is done will be appreciated.
