>I can shed a little light here. At Microsoft, a Product Manager is in Marketing, while a Program Manager has responsibility for determining what goes into a product. A Group Program Manager (the title Ricardo had until this change) supervises a group of Program Managers and thus, has great control over product content.

Thanks Tamar. That helps, but what I was really confused about (nobody else seems to be) is the term "Community". When I think of Community Manager the term Mayor pops up. Are they talking about the Foxpro Community, i.e. people like us or what?? And if so, does that mean he is responsible for the relationshop between us and MS ??
Thanks,
Ken
