Sheesh - I've spent too many late nights (and mornings) in front of the computer trying to solve a problem and meet a deadline even WITH my Hacker's Guide! Sometimes there is no deadline - I just cannot let it go when I want to figure something out :o)

Tracy

>>I recommend:
>>
>>1)The Fundamentals : Building Visual Studio Applications on a Visual FoxPro 6.0 Foundation
>>
>>Once you are comfortable with everything in that book, then move on to:
>>
>>2)Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro
>>
>>Also, I could not be without my Hackers Guide (the greatest reference around), but it is not an exercise driven book for new to OOP programmers.

>However, for the “real developers” out there (I know a few), do not purchase the Hackers Guide. Rediscovery is so much fun as is staying up late at night without sleep and a delivery deadline to meet.
